Mental health support alongside recovery.
Talk about the whole picture.
Anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and alcohol or drug use can affect one another. At ORS, adults can discuss these concerns together and explore whether our outpatient programs fit their needs.

What might I work on in treatment?
Depending on your treatment plan, sessions may include:
- Individual conversations about your goals, challenges, and progress.
- Therapeutic groups to practice coping skills and discuss recovery.
- Learning to recognize triggers and handle cravings, stress, and difficult emotions.
- Working on communication, relationships, and ways to reduce the risk of returning to use.
- Family education or therapy when appropriate for your care.
Your care team explains the services and schedule recommended for you. Current availability and your assessment guide the plan.
When mental health and substance use concerns overlap
Co-occurring concerns involve both mental health and substance use challenges. It helps to discuss both when you ask about care. ORS brings these concerns into the same conversation when exploring your needs and treatment goals.
Contact the team to learn about our approach and whether the available outpatient programs are appropriate for your circumstances.
Learn about substance use treatmentUnderstand the outpatient program options
ORS offers intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and ongoing outpatient care. These differ in structure and time commitment. The appropriate recommendation depends on an assessment and your needs.
Daytime groups are currently running. Call to discuss current openings and ask about virtual care for your program.
Family education and therapy
Loved ones may also have questions about recovery, communication, and how to offer support. Ask our team about family education and therapy and how those services may fit into care.
A family member or professional can contact Clarence for program information and guidance on the admissions process.
Insurance and the first step
Our team can help verify commercial insurance benefits and discuss anticipated costs before treatment. Coverage, network status, and availability depend on your specific plan and the services involved.

Can I ask about mental health and substance use together?
Yes. You’re welcome to talk about both, even if you’re unsure how they connect. We’ll listen to what you’re experiencing and explain how an assessment helps us determine whether our available outpatient services are a good fit.
Is virtual care available?
Yes, we offer onsite and virtual care. Tell us what would make attending treatment easier for you, and we’ll discuss which options are currently available and appropriate for your program and circumstances.
Can I speak with someone before scheduling treatment?
Of course. You’re welcome to call Clarence, ask questions, and learn about your options before scheduling treatment. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we can start with a conversation about what you need.

Is outpatient care right for me?
ORS provides outpatient care for adults. It does not include overnight housing, onsite medical detox, or emergency care. If a different level of care is needed, discuss appropriate next steps with the team.
You do not need to decide on a program yourself. Call to ask about an assessment, current services, and the recommended level of support.
