FROM THIS COMMUNITY. FOR THIS COMMUNITY.
OXNARD, CALIFORNIA
We’re building more than a place to receive treatment. We’re building a place where people feel seen.
Founded by Oxnard native Clarence McBride, ORS grows out of a deep connection to this community and a belief that compassionate care should feel personal.
Our vision is simple: meet people with dignity, welcome their families, and help them build a meaningful life in recovery—right here at home.
California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) certification 560099AP covers outpatient and intensive outpatient alcohol and other drug services and is valid through August 31, 2028.
LET’S MAKE THE NEXT STEP CLEARER
We can help verify benefits for commercial insurance plans. We check network status, any out-of-network benefits your plan offers, and whether authorization may be needed. We discuss anticipated costs before you begin care. Your insurer makes the final coverage and payment decision.
See admissions & insurance detailsCall for yourself, a loved one, or someone you support. You can start with a question; you do not need a diagnosis or a program name.
We explain the assessment process, available programs, and how to check insurance benefits and possible costs.
If ORS is an appropriate fit, we discuss the recommended program, current openings, schedule, and what is needed before treatment begins.
BEFORE YOU TAKE THE NEXT STEP
Call Clarence to talk through your options for yourself, a loved one, or a professional referral.
You come to ORS for scheduled treatment and go home afterward. We can talk through what that would look like for you and answer questions about the support you need. ORS does not provide overnight housing or onsite medical detox.
We’re currently running daytime groups Monday through Friday. See the daytime group schedule and call us to talk about openings or ask about future evening availability.
Intensive outpatient care (IOP) involves more structured treatment time. Ongoing outpatient care (OP) involves fewer hours and supports continued recovery. An assessment helps us recommend the right level of care.
Give us a call at (805) 360-4331—we’re happy to help you make sense of your benefits. We’ll review your specific plan, network status, and anticipated costs with you before care begins. Benefits verification is not a guarantee of payment.
FOR FAMILIES & COMMUNITY PROFESSIONALS
Call Clarence to ask about services, current openings, and coordinating an assessment. You do not have to choose the treatment program for them.
A PERSON TO TALK TO. A PLACE TO START.
